Dear REWERSE Members,

We are looking forward to meeting you at next week's Annual Meeting 
http://rewerse.net/events/annual-meeting-2007-2/ in Frauenwörth.

With this email we want to send you important last minute practical 
information. Please check the information, in particular the shuttle 
service information, carefully and send us possible corrections as soon 
as possible.

1) Shuttle Info
a) To Frauenwörth
People who have registered for the airport shuttle service find all 
relevant information in the attachment "shuttle-information.pdf". Please 
check the dates, times and shuttle assignments carefully!
IMPORTANT: Please inform us as soon as possible if you do NOT want to 
make use of your assigned shuttle slot!
b) From Frauenwörth
The details of the shuttle service back from Frauenwörth to the airport 
will be fixed during the meeting.

2) Rooms + Equipment
We have sufficient rooms of your requested category. Please note that 
all rooms just have basic equipment (no telephone, no internet, no TV, 
also no hair-dryer or soap; however, towels will be provided). You will 
be assigned your room number upon arrival on the island at the 
"Klosterpforte", door "Seminaranmeldung" (see 
http://rewerse.net/events/annual-meeting-2007-2/travel-information.html).

3) Payment of rooms
Each participant has to pay his/her room individually. The monastery 
only accepts Cash or EC-card but *no* Visacard. Therefore, please bring 
the appropriate means of payment. (Remember: Depending on your room 
category you will have to pay between 52,-- and 42,-- EUR per night.)

4) Meeting on Monday and Tuesday
a) On Monday 6 p.m. we will have a joint dinner in the "Klosterwirt". 
People who arrive later on Monday will be served a cold plate in the 
"Himmlische Stub'n" in the first floor of the "Klosterwirt".

b) Those who arrive on Monday before dinner will most probably find 
other REWERSE members in the "Haus Irmengard", 3rd floor ("Seminarraum 
3" or  "Clubraum") or in the Klosterwirt or outside on the island ...

c) On Tuesday, breakfast will be served until 9:00. We will meet 
afterwards in the "Aula" (which is outside the main monastery building) 
starting with the registration at around 9:45. The meeting itself will 
start at 10:00.

5) Internet
We will provide WLAN in the Aula and in the working room in the Haus 
Irmengard (see program). The DSL-connection only offers 2Mbit/s (faster 
is not possible on the island.)

6) Railway information
As you know there have been and still may be strikes of German train 
drivers. If you travel by train please check the situation before you 
start your trip.

7) Demo information
If you plan to give demos or show posters it would be helpful if you 
send us title and abstract asap.
