Monday March 1st, 8:30-9:00: Check-in desk in room 1.05.
Late check-in with Mrs. Lilge in room D1.08 12:00-14:00.
Monday March 1st, 9:00-12:30: Opening session including presentations of Brian Macklin (the REWERSE project officer from the EU Commission) and of the REWERSE executive committee on the REWERSE vision and management in room 1.14.
Monday March 1st, 12:30-14:00: Lunch in room 1.05
Monday March 1st, 14:00-18:00: 8 parallel sessions each devoted to one of the workpackages: I1 in room 1.39, I2 in room 1.43, I3 in room 1.31, I4 in room 0.5, I5 in room 0.37, A1 in room 17, A2 in room 23 and A3 in room 1.35.

Wednesday March 3rd, afternoon (after 16:00): excursion (e.g. to Munich's 1972 Olympic Area or walk through Munich's romantic "English Garden")
Wednesday March 3rd, evening (starting at 19:30): steering committee meeting (in a Restaurant nearby the meeting place)

Thursday March 4th, 9:00-11:00: plenary session on workpackage reports and workpackage co-operation (closing at 11:00, no lunch planned) in room 1.14

Afternoon of Sunday, February 29th: visit of the recently opened Pinakothek der Moderne / Pinakothek of Modern Art (free entry). The meeting time and place is 14:50-15:10, main entrance at Barer street, near the Tram-27 station 'Pinakotheken'.
Friday March 5th, (organized by Tim Geisler): depending on the weather one-day skiing trip to Austria (about 35 Euro for bus transfer and ski ticket to be paid by credit card, reservation at the REWERSE kickoff meeting up till Wednesday March 3, skis can be rented on the spot)
